It’s grad season! Here’s our first 2012 graduate and she’s such a doll!!

We’ve been getting tons of requests for when we’re having our next Princess Day, so we’re finally ready to announce the date! Even if you’ve been to our event before, you’ll want to read all the details as we’ve made a few changes.

Our next Princess Day will be Sunday June 10th at our studio in downtown Saskatoon!! #52 158 2nd Ave North

Each princess will have a half-hour mini session in the out-fit of her choice, our goal is to make this a fun and exciting experience for all the little ones, and parents too of course!

Included in your Princess Day package is a half hour sitting, as well as a $20.00 in-studio product credit and your little girl’s very own premiere for $55.00 per session/per child

Princess outfits are provided and we have a huge variety, but you are welcome to bring your own! You will need to bring your princess with a black, white, or pink tank-top or t-shirt, as well as tights or leggings.  Your little one should be old enough to be able to sit on her own for these sessions.  We have three options for princess sets that you can choose at the time of your session, and if you like you can match your princess outfit to coordinate.

FAQ:

Q: What is a premiere?

A: This is our new and exciting way to present your images to you. Once your session is done, we’ll invite you back to studio a few days later to view and purchase your favourite images.

Q: How many digital proofs will I have to pick from? 

A: We will have up to 15 fabulous images to share with you at your premiere.

Q: Can I buy a disk of the images?

A: We do sell digital negatives separately, but we highly encourage you to have prints done of your little dolls!

 Q: What can I purchase with my product credit?

A: You can purchase anything in our product line during your premiere. For a full product list you can pop us an email at info@joiphoto.com

Fine Print:

Princess Day is one day only and no extensions or exceptions will be made.  Spaces are limited so you need to reserve your spot in advance.  We will require that you leave a credit card number to reserve your appointment.  Any ‘no-shows’ or same-day cancellations will be charged for the appointment and will not be owed a future session for the charge.  Prices do not include taxes.

Thank heavens! Summer in Saskatoon looks like it may have finally arrived –let’s hope it sticks around!  Last weekend was a bit of a crazy one over here with shooting and now it’s time to share! My beautiful model and I took over the entire York Building for this shoot,  I wanted to shoot a bridal look  but,  it turned out that I had so many more ideas I wanted to try while we had an empty building.  So i played and geeked out with different poses and lighting effects and then really went to town on a few in Photoshop.   Every now and again we need to let all our creative juices flow and just see what comes of it. That’s pretty much what this session was all about.  Enjoy ;)
